Trend Personnel Services is partnering with one of our valued clients to identify an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join their growing corporate office.
This is not an entry-level administrative position. Our client is seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys staying busy. Following a recent acquisition, the administrative workload has increased significantly, creating an immediate need for someone who can step in, stay organized, and help keep operations running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is an advanced Microsoft Excel user who enjoys working with data, creating spreadsheets, organizing information, and supporting multiple departments. Strong PowerPoint skills are also essential, as this position regularly prepares professional presentations and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Analyze, organize, and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and company projects
- Organize and maintain large volumes of electronic and physical files
- Perform accurate data entry and document management
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and business documents
- Assist with project tracking and reporting using Excel
- Support multiple departments with administrative and operational needs
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
- Coordinate special projects and assist wherever additional administrative support is needed
- Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Identify opportunities to improve organization and administrative processes
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a busy office where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure, and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
Professionals who have supported demanding office environments often transition exceptionally well into this role. Candidates with 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator frequently possess the organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities our client values most.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Expert-level proficiency with formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, charts, and spreadsheet management
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint experience creating polished presentations
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executives or multiple departments
- Previous experience in a legal, corporate, energy, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other deadline-driven environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
